A 6-week remote engagement that moves from assessment into an active personal growth plan. Each week includes a 60-minute session, specific tasks set between sessions, and a written summary. Progress is reviewed at weeks 3 and 6.

How each engagement runs in practice

Remote delivery does not mean a lighter process. Sessions are conducted over video call with scheduled start and end times. Between sessions, written tasks are sent and reviewed before the next meeting. The process is designed for working professionals — it fits around existing schedules rather than disrupting them.

    Initial intake and scope

    Before the first session, you complete a short written intake covering current role, specific obstacles and what you expect from the process. This takes roughly 20 minutes and shapes the structure of subsequent work.

    Diagnostic review

    The opening session focuses on understanding patterns rather than setting goals immediately. Rushed goal-setting at the start of growth work is a common cause of stalled plans — the diagnostic phase exists to prevent that.

    Plan construction

    From session two onward, the working plan takes shape. It is built incrementally — not handed over as a finished document — so that each element is tested against real circumstances before being finalised.

    Review and handover

    Each engagement closes with a documented review. You receive a written plan you can use independently, with review triggers built in so you know when to revisit it rather than treating it as a permanent document.
